The project began 12 months ago with a rebrand exercise for Ford Retail. With 65 dealerships over the country, all with different names, the network was in need of consistency. The TrustFord brand was created to bring all the dealerships under one name, delivering industry leading service nationally.
To aid the transition Good has also delivered a multi-channel advertising campaign that includes print, online, outdoor and radio. The adverts see current employees coming to the fore including a Driver, General Manager and Technician. This is to emphasise the importance of trust, honesty and transparency that TrustFord holds at its core.
