Updating a Glasgow icon.
A professional rugby union side since 1996, Glasgow Warriors play an integral role in the Scottish sports landscape. With on-the-pitch success driving a growing fanbase, the time was right to modernise their brand identity to appeal to an increasingly broad audience of die-hard rugby fans and families alike.
Combining elements of previous logos with a fresh look at the club’s Glasgow heritage, we designed a simple and flexible logo system that’s just as comfortable embroidered on a shirt as it is on screen. The result? A new and refreshed look, with a badge steeped in history. One that the Warriors and their fans can be proud to wear on their chests at every game.

Finding Inspiration
The Yarrow shipyard in Scotstoun, also the home of Glasgow Warriors, provided a wealth of typographic inspiration.
