One of these green shoots has been Buchanan Quarter which opened in Glasgow today. Buchanan Quarter is a new mixed use development in Glasgow that’s been created by our client, Land Securities, and compromises two main parts: the retail development at 185-221 Buchanan Street and the residential development, Buchanan Gardens.
We’ve been working on this project for two years, creating the initial brand for Buchanan Quarter and the sub-brands of 185-221 Buchanan Street and Buchanan Gardens.
Since then we’ve created a whole host of assets to promote the development, ranging from hoardings to retailer presentations to mobile optimised websites.
We’re delighted with the results and that some of the world’s major brands, including Forever 21, Vans, Gap and Watches of Switzerland, have decided to become inaugural retailers in this revitalised area of Glasgow.
