The Bunnahabhain 40 yr old is one of those projects. Thought ‘lost’ until the master distiller discovered the casks in an old ledger, Good was commissioned to bring the project to life. Bunnahabhain is a ‘Journey of Discovery’ and that became the starting point and ‘Simple Truth’ of our new pack.
We commissioned Iain McIntosh to create a new piece of artwork to tell the story of the brand, but hidden within this would be clues to a greater treasure. The pack itself would become a journey of discovery.
Each label is a one-off signed and numbered by the artist, while the bespoke tube is crafted from oak and brass to reflect the premium cues of this rarest of malts. As well as the limited edition packs we also designed and managed the online mechanics and assets, from the reward scheme to the discovery of the ultimate ‘hidden treasure’ for the individual lucky enough to decipher the clues in the label.
